Summer 2026
A Historic Landmark Reimagined

Opening: Summer 2026

Most venues are owned by real estate investors. Supplyhouse is owned by Social Supply, the Event Design and Production team that has produced over 2,000 events in Washington, DC. We designed every inch of it around how events actually work.
A beautifully restored building layered with modern event production capabilities, with a team that can produce your entire event if you want them to. Integrated lighting, a historic gantry crane with rigging points, and 55-ft ceilings that make the impossible feel inevitable. Your budget goes further. Less on infrastructure. More on the moments that make your clients remember your name.

The Philosophy

A Canvas With Character

The space is intentionally restrained—designed so that design, florals, lighting, and installations take the lead. Every event becomes a reflection of its vision, not the venue’s.

When you rent the venue, you get all of it—including the main hall, mezzanine, glass addition, exterior and BOH space. The fee also covers venue provided security, a venue rep,a restroom attendant, and access to wifi for your staff.

Supplyhouse will provide security, a restroom attendant, and staff access to wifi, but the venue is a blank canvas—bring anything you’d like to bring your event to life. Need inspiration? Take a look at some of our example floor plans here, or connect with a Supplyhouse rep here.

Yes, all vendors who meet the venue requirements are welcome. Reach out to our team here to learn more about vendor requirements and how to apply.
All vendors who meet the venue requirements are welcome. The only exceptions are elements directly attached to the venue itself, such as vinyl applied to the historic brick or windows, which must be pre-approved by the venue and performed by Social Supply.
Simply let our team know your event type, date(s) and anticipated headcount, and we will draft a proposal for you—no lengthy forms, no commitment required. The signature of the contract and security deposit reserve your dates.
